Return Process

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Irish wool tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
